Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
I have reduced the calories in this dressing by using yogurt instead of mayonnaise and by cutting the levels of honey and oil. I think you'll agree, it still has zing!
Makes about 1/2 cup.
- 1/4 c whole milk plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and whisk until creamy. Use immediately, or tightly cover and refrigerate until served.
