Rosemary After Rain

Rosemary After Rain

After the recent El Nio rains, our rosemary bushes are blooming with periwinkle flowers. The fragrance is heavenly! The mountains of Southern California seem perfect for growing these lovely evergreen shrubs. They require very little water and will grow in sandy, dry soil. I like to gather sprigs and roast potatoes, carrots, onions and other vegetables in olive oil and rosemary. Do you have special recipes that highlight this delicious herb?
